Custom Tailgate Lock 2018 Honda Ridgeline With Factory Backup Camera

Question:

2018 honda ridgeline since the backup camera is on the left side of tailgate latch where does the pop and lock go on the latch. my truck is silver. could you show me a picture of the pop and lock that fits my vehicle. What parts I would need.

I spoke to my contact at Pop & Lock and they were able to confirm that the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock part # PAL8600 is confirmed to work with your 2018 Honda Ridgeline that has the factory backup camera. The locking mechanism installs on the bottom of the handle inside the tailgate and will not interfere with the factory backup camera which as you identified is on the left side.

Unfortunately, neither we nor Pop & Lock have installation photos on a 2018 Honda Ridgeline at this time. The kit comes with everything needed for installation included a set of print instructions. Once wired correctly, the tailgate lock will work in conjunction with your factory key fob.
