Question:

If you have a 10 inch electric brake system on your trailer then you will need to go with a tire/wheel combination that uses a 13, 14, 14-1/2, or 15 inch wheel. A 12 inch wheel, like what comes on part # AM31202 that you referenced, is compatible with 7 inch brake assemblies and the hubs that fit them.
For your application you will want to go with the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM31994 instead. It utilizes the same 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, has a load range of D (1,610 lbs at 65 psi), and has a speed rating of 65 mph.
