Im looking into purchasing Item # TJD-12000-RODNUT. If it wont work in my application, what is your return policy?

The Replacement Rod, Nut, and Grease Trap for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks - 12K # TJD-12000-RODNUT replaces the ACME rod, lift nut, and grease trap on your jack. The overall dimensions of the rod are 17-3/4 inches long and 1 inch in diameter. The lift nut fits 3-1/2 inch square jack inner tubes.
