Part Needed to Convert Trailer Valet XL Trailer Dolly TVXL2 for Use with 2-5/16-Inch Ball Coupler
Question:
I just received the trailer dolly XL from you with the 2 inch ball. When I tighten the collar and try to move my pop-up camper its like its not seated correctly and tries to bend or not stay straight. The two and five eights inch ball does not fit into my trailer hitch so not sure what to do about this . The total weight of my pop-up camper is around 3200 pounds. Is there something else I should try because I really want this product to work for the money I spent on it. Im hoping this product will work for me because I only have a 3 inch clearance on either side of the trailer to go through my RV gate.

I could not find order history for you based on your email address but I will try to help you with the fit and operation of your Trailer Valet XL, part # TVXL2.
This chain-drive tow dolly includes a 2-inch hitch ball that mates with a 2-inch ball coupler to allow you to easily move your camper trailer into its storage position. If your trailer's coupler is made for a larger 2-516-inch ball then there will be some play if you try to use the 2-inch ball.
We offer the 2-5/16-inch replacement ball and base assembly you can use instead, part # TVBB25. Please refer to the linked review video.
