Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500
Question:
Have the factory tow bar, the ball mounts through the bumper. It is too high so my only option is to replace the factory tow bar with a class lll that will be under the bumper? Tahnks for any info.

As long as you do not have a hitch that mounts underneath the bumper, I would recommend a Draw-Tite trailer hitch part # 13333. I attached installation instructions.
If you plan on doing some towing, I would recommend the following products to complete your towing setup:
Upgraded circuit protected taillight converter kit # 119178KIT (installation video attached)
Ball mount # 2753
Pin and clip # PC3
2 inch diameter hitch ball # 19247
