Thule Taxi Straps Replacement Recommendation and Install Instructions

I need to install a new Thule Taxi strap but I dont see how to remove the damaged old one to install the new one.

Expert Reply:
The strap is available for the Thule SUP Taxi # TH810001. The strap assembly is # 7521092003 and includes one strap assembly.
They go into the roller in the hinge side of the carrier. If you turn the roller you’ll see the slot. Insert the strap rounded end first (has the fabric cover on it) and pull all the way through. The folded end will stop at the slot.
