In order to replace the 7-Way connector and the wiring harness on a 2007 Toyota Tundra, you will need two parts. First, you can use Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket, # HM40975. Second, you will need Pigtail Wiring Harness, # PK11998. You will need to hardwire the harness to the wiring on the vehicle. This will require a circuit tester, like # PTW2993, if you need one.
