Troubleshooting No Green Light or Trailer Brakes on Tekonsha Voyager Brake Control, 2011 Ford F-150
Question:
2011 f-150 , Wired up a Tekonsha 9030 conroller. All lights work, no power to brakes. No loght comes on at controller when hooked up to trailer. Followed wiring diagram per instructions. Only 4 wires and plug in. Also made sure fuse and relay wer in correct position in fuse box under hood. Bad Controller? bad wiring on truck? Im at a loss.

It sounds like the wiring harness, # 22292, may not be pinned out the same as the 2011 Ford F-150. What you can do is use a circuit tester, like # PTW2993 if needed, and check the functions on the truck side plug to see if they match how the wiring harness is pinned out. If it is not correct, you can adjust it as needed.
The other possibility is a loose or bad ground connection at the brake controller or at the trailer connectors. While checking the trailer connectors, also check for any dirt or corrosion and, if present, clean it out.
