Based on the specs I found on the 2011 R Vision Trail Sport 27QBSS it likely had two 3,500 pound axles. Provided that the specs of Dexter Trailer Axle # 35545E-ST-89 match the original axles you can use them.

Some things to note about this axle: The spring seats are mounted on the bottom of the axle meaning it was designed for leaf springs to attach to the bottom of the axle. If yours are meant to attach at the top then new spring seats would need to be welded on by a professional welder using # TRSS238 sold in quantities of one.

This axle measures 89 inches from hub face to hub face and 74 inches from the center of one spring seat to the center of the other, see picture.
