Helpful Expert Reply:
In order to pull a trailer that has separate turn signals with both your Jeep and Harley, there are a couple things you are going to have to do because your Jeep is wired to tow trailers with a combined lighting system while your Harley and trailer are on a separate lighting system.
First, you would need to install Tail Light Converter # C56196 on your trailer, as well as 4-Pole Trailer End Connector # 18004 for when you are towing the trailer with your Jeep. You are going to have to run the green (right turn) and yellow (left turn) wires from the 4-way into the converter and use that when you are towing with your Jeep.
I have added links to video reviews of the converter and 4-way for you to take a look at.
