What is the difference between 94-00-0600 and 92-00-0600, both appear rated the same 6000# 600# TW?

The difference between the two system is the spring bar design. The part # FA92-00-0600 has a square bar "trunnion" spring bar and the part # FA94-00-0600 uses round bars.
Trunnions are preferred as they offer better ground clearance and are generally considered more heavy duty.
Aside from that they have the same capacities.
