The Curt # C16545 is the replacement head for Curt Q24 fifth wheel hitches. The Curt Q24 that fits into your 2017 Chevy Silverado's factory puck system is # C16545-16025. This is a fixed hitch for long bed trucks. The complete hitch weighs approximately 200 pounds.

If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you'll need a sliding hitch. So instead you'll need # C16546 for the hitch and then # C16023 for the adapter rails to fit the puck system. The sliding hitch is heavier at about 250 pounds and the adapter is 70 pounds or so.
