Technically speaking the Curt A16 Sliding Fifth Wheel Hitch # C16521 fits into industry standard rails like the Reese # RP56001-53. However, we always recommend using base rails that are made by the same manufacturer as the hitch since they are designed to work together. The Curt install kit that works with the same 2012 GMC Sierra 2500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed is # C16411-204
