The 2013 Jeep Wrangler is not known for battery drain, and if you are not using a supplemental braking system and your tail lights are connected to your RV with a harness then the only thing that would be drawing power from your Jeep's battery is the running lights. What you could do is use Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights # TL21RK and bypass your Jeep's lighting altogether, or else use the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25, which allows a max of 15 amps from your RV's battery to be used to maintain your Jeep's battery as it is being towed.

I've added links to video reviews and installs of these products for you to take a look at.

I would also strongly recommend using a supplemental braking system such as the Roadmaster BrakeMaster # RM-9160 not only to help make braking on your RV easier, but for the peace of mind that comes with the breakaway devices in these units, which will stop your Wrangler from moving if it somehow happens to get detached. I've added a link to our page with our braking systems for you to check out if you like.
