Troubleshooting Lack of Lights on Display on a Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller # 39510
Question:
Bought a 2007 Ford F150 XLT Supercab in Oct. 2010. Just now trying the installed brake controller for my travel trailer and it does not seem to work. Do you folks have an electronic copy of the manual that comes with this Tekonsha Voyager 39510-3035P brake controller that I can reference for troubleshooting? No LED lights lit up when I had it connected to my trailer and the shop tested my brakes on the trailer and they are good to go.

I attached installation instructions for this Tekonsha Voyager Brake Activator, part # 39510, for you to check out.
There is a troubleshooting chart in the instructions that I attached. It looks like since your controller has no lights being displayed, you either have corrosion or a short on your trailer plug connector. I would check the back of your trailer connector that is on your 2007 Ford F150 XLT Supercab for either of those things.
The next thing I would check would be the power and ground wires for the brake controller and see if either of those have come loose. The # 3035-P connector could also have worked itself loose, so I would check to make sure that those connectors are secure.
I am including a video of a # 39510 being installed into a vehicle for you to check out also.
