what is the difference between rockymount monorail hitch mount for part 10005 vs monorail2 bike platform rack tilting rky 10004 is it just the tilt thats the difference

The RockyMount Monorail listed as part # RKY10005 is actually an additional rail for the RockyMount Monorail 2 Bike Platform Rack, part # RKY10004.
The addon, part # RKY10005 cannot be used on its own and must be installed onto the Monorail Rack, part # RKY10004.
