Weight Distribution Shank Recommendation for 2-1/2 inch Hitch
Question:
I am needing to buy a reducer sleeve from 21/2 in to 2in. I saw a reese in the store that said to not use with a weight distribution hitch. Are any of these adapters okay to be used with a weight distribution system? Thank you for your time.

I have a better solution for you than a sleeve adapter. What would be better for you would be a weight distribution shank that is designed for 2-1/2 inch hitches like the # EQ90-02-4800.
The great thing about weight distribution shanks is that they all fit each others systems since they are all made to the same specs.
We have sleeve adapters like the part # C45405 but they may add more movement than you'd like.
