I spoke with my contact at Dexter regarding your model 3K7258 axle that you referenced in your question. He was unable to pull up any specific bearing information using this model number. If you can locate the axle serial number, which should be printed on a sticker somewhere on the axle itself, this might be more helpful in determining the correct bearing kit.

Otherwise, the easiest way to determine what bearings you need is to simply pull off the hubs and check for the numbers that should be stamped onto the bearings themselves. If you are unable to locate the numbers, you can also take a few measurements along the spindle where the bearings sit. I have attached an image that shows where these measurements need to be taken. I recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157, as the measurements will need to be exact.

I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of trailer bearings that you can look through, along with a couple of articles that you might find helpful.
