If you already have 5th wheel above-bed base rails installed in your 2014 Ford F-450 Super Duty then you can absolutely install the Curt Q25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16265. This and other 5th wheel hitches use an industry-standard configuration (see photo please).
Do note that the 22-inch front-to-back rail spacing is rounded up (from 21-11/16-inches) which is the industry-standard center-to-center slot spacing. If the base rails in your truck have a wider spacing for some reason then you'll want to double check the positions of the rails.
Typically in 5th wheel installations the rear rail is positioned first, based on the specific truck. Then the hitch legs are placed in that rear rail and serve as the guide for positioning the front rail. The center of the hitch, where the trailer's king pin will be when hitched, usually ends up about an inch forward of the center of the rear axle.
With the Reese Universal Base Rail Kit # RP30035 installed in your particular truck the rear rail is to be positioned so that its rear edge is 32-1/2-inches from the rear edge of the bed. Please refer to page 10 of the linked instructions. If your rear rail is installed in another position you will want to check that installation.
