Are the Rhino-Rack 2500 Legs and Fit Kit Compatible with a 2004 Acura TSX

To install a Rhino-Rack roof rack on your 2004 Acura TSX you will need to utilize the DK Fit Kit 2500 # DK008 that you referenced. You will also need legs and crossbars as well.

I am not sure what brand of kayak carrier that you have so I cannot guarantee that it will be compatible with any crossbar style, but I do recommend going with the Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA118S-2 for Silver or part # RRVA118B-2 for Black, along with the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA. The Aero design of the crossbars will help with gas mileage and wind noise, and the whole system has locks to secure your equipment although you might want to upgrade the plastic locks on the crossbars to metal lock cores using part # RRVA-LEC4.

The Vortex Aero crossbars measure 3-1/8" wide and 1-3/16" tall. You can use those dimensions, along with the option for mounting into the top channel, to determine whether or not your kayak carrier is compatible with this roof rack.
