Traveling with an extra set of wheel bearings (and bearing grease # L11380 and a packing tool # ALL647646) is not a bad idea at all, especially with a new-to-you trailer whose maintenance history may be unknown.
Trailer makers don't maintain specs on smaller items like bearings used in their hubs so all you'll need to do is pull one hub and remove its bearings and seal to note their part numbers. We have both complete bearing kits that include popular bearings, races and seals, as well as individual bearing parts so we can definitely help you with spares. Please refer to the linked photo that shows you the typical placement of these part numbers.
Your tandem axle M-273 FWRET most likely uses 5200-lb axles and the most common bearings for that application are # 25580 and # LM67048. We have two kits, # BK3-310 and # BK3-300, that use these bearings, only with different grease seals. One is likely to be just what you need; just confirm the seal part.
You can search our site using the bearing part numbers or you can use the linked page that displays all of our bearings and related parts. I also linked a series of helpful articles on bearings, grease formulas and trailer maintenance.
