From the online research that I did, I found that the curb weight (or unloaded weight) of your 2010 Lexus RX-350 is 4,178 lbs - 4,343 lbs. The highest rated tow dolly that we have to offer is the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Self-Steering Wheels and Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1 which is rated for 4,250 lbs.
Since the weight range of your RX-350 is within the limits of the tow dolly you will be able to use it but you will want to verify the curb weight of your RX-350 just to be sure and I highly recommend not storing anything in it while you are traveling.
Another thing that would be wise to do is utilize the brakes on the tow dolly. It already comes with a 4-Way connector installed so that you can use the light functions on the tow dolly so to add the brake function you will need to cut the 4-Way off and install a 6-Way # PK11604 or 7-Way # PK12706 connector (whichever your tow vehicle has).
This tow dolly requires the use of an electric brake controller, like the Prodigy P3 # 90195, to activate the brakes. If you do not already have a brake controller on your tow vehicle just let me know the year/make/model of your tow vehicle and I can help you out.
