Can 2005 Cadillac SRX Sunroof be Opened with Thule WingBar Roof Rack Installed

Question:

You have a video of the Thule Aerorack on a vehicle identical to mine. I have a 2005 Cadillac SRX exactly as pictured. Factory sunroof and factory rails. I just need the crossbars like this pic shows. That vehicle in the video also has the sunroof. My question is, will these crossbars allow for the sunroof to open? The sunroof doesnt lift very high, and then just slides backward so Im trying to find a crossbar that will allow for this. Thanks.

As long as the sunroof on your 2005 Cadillac SRX does not rise up above the tops of the side rails on the vehicle you will be able to open it with the Thule roof rack in place.

To add the WingBar roof rack to your SRX you will need the bars themselves # TH711400 in silver or # TH711420 in black and the Evo raised rail feet # TH710401.
