Recommended Trailer Fender with Step On Front and Back Side That Bolt Onto Aluminum Trailer

I am looking for a 28inch inch fender with a step on the front side and the back side of the fender that I can bolt on to my aluminum trailer.. It iis a Back Trak track trailer for an Expess center console boat.

It sounds like you want a fender like the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps - Black Plastic - 13" Wheels - Qty 1 # F008583. This fender has 28 inches between the mounting bracket slots.
If you move up to the 14 inch wheel version # F008584 the measurement between bracket slots is 30-1/4 inches.
These are available in different colors. You can use bolt on brackets like # PF775-BKT-2 to mount them.
