The Roadmaster base plate kit that you will need for your 2005 Acura MDX is part # 1544-1, which is compatible with your Falcon tow bar. The base plate kit that you selected, part # 1173-3 is designed to fit the 2005-2008 Toyota Matrix.
In addition to a base plate kit, and a tow bar, you will need safety cables, wiring or lighting, and a supplemental braking system to complete your towing flat-towing setup.
For safety cables, you will need the Roadmaster 64 Inch Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables, part # RM-643. Safety cables will keep your MDX attached to your motor home if your tow bar were to disconnect from the hitch ball.
The Magnetic Towing Light Kit, part # RM-2120, would provide lights on your MDX when it is being towed. If you are going to be towing your vehicle often, I would recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit, part # RM-154 as it would just plug into your vehicle each time you tow.
Most states require that you use a supplemental brake system when flat-towing a vehicle. I would recommend Roadmaster 9400 Portable Braking System, part # RM-9400, which will help reduce wear on your motor home brakes and help you slow down.
Before towing your MDX, you will want to contact your Acura dealership for specific steps needed to take when flat-towing. Some vehicles must be equipped with a transmission lube pump, axle disconnect or free-wheeling hubs before being towed.
I have linked an FAQ on flat-towing that you may find as a good reference.
