The Curt Class III Round Tube Receiver Hitch # C13152 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The spare tire will need to be lowered or removed temporarily during installation, but can be re-installed after the hitch is mounted.
Once the trailer hitch is in place, the spare tire can be removed/lowered just like normal. You will simply need to angle the tire a bit as it lowers so that it can clear the crosstube on the hitch. I have included an image that shows the spare tire on your vehicle with the hitch installed. As you can see, there is still plenty of room for it to be removed. This Class III hitch will work perfectly on your vehicle and will provide a 2 inch receiver opening, along with a towing capacity of 6,000 pounds.
