The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs # AM3200 is a good lightweight option for a very basic hitch that will work well. It has a 3 position ball that adjusts 2-3/4 inches vertically. It has a coupler adapter that attaches to your king pin and the hitch ball. It positions your trailer 9 inches to the rear for greater clearance. The coupler engages as long as the ball is within 3 inches of socket. Many people choose this hitch for the easy of use and 40 lb weight.
There are a couple draw backs to consider as well. Sliding hitches will give you greater clearance and travel. Many sliding hitches will give you greater shock absorption and reduce jarring and chucking. For a comparison, I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16521 which has 12 inches of travel, non-binding round bars for the slider base, and an interlocking dual jaw system.. Many people choose this hitch for a smooth ride and easy connection.
Both of these hitches fit industry standard rails. If you don't already have the rail kit, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50087-58 which has custom brackets for your truck frame.
