Starting with the trailer hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch # 24865 for your 2011 Ford Fusion. This Class I hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will provide a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and a 200 pound tongue weight capacity. I recommend this over the Curt model that is also available for your Ford Fusion because unlike Curt, Draw-Tite does not require the use of stabilizing straps to support non-trailer loads such as bike racks and cargo carriers.

This will be a no drill installation and I have attached an installation video on your vehicle that you can use for reference.

When choosing a bike rack, you will just need to make sure you select one that is compatible with Class I trailer hitches. Also note that the most bikes a Class I hitch can carry is 2. With this in mind, I highly recommend the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR. This is a great platform bike rack that is compatible with Class I trailer hitches and will secure your bikes by their wheels with no frame contact. The rack features an easy to operate foot pedal that will tilt the rack away, with the bikes still loaded, to allow for rear cargo access on your vehicle. This will carry up to 2 bikes at 40 pounds each, so you will have no issue loading your two 30 pound bicycles.

I have attached a video demonstration on this bike rack so you can see all of its features in action.
