Starting with the trailer hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch # 24865 for your 2011 Ford Fusion. This Class I hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will provide a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and a 200 pound tongue weight capacity. I recommend this over the Curt model that is also available for your Ford Fusion because unlike Curt, Draw-Tite does not require the use of stabilizing straps to support non-trailer loads such as bike racks and cargo carriers.

When choosing a bike rack, you will just need to make sure you select one that is compatible with Class I trailer hitches. Also note that the most bikes a Class I hitch can carry is 2.
