Standard Hitch Pin Recommendation for Use with Tow Bar

is the hitch pin 3/4x6inch Ok to use for towing with the tow bar?

The hitch pin part # 346H is not an ideal hitch pin for a trailer hitch application as it's larger at 3/4 inch than what's normally used in a hitch. The standard hitch pin diameter is 5/8 inch.
The Pin and Clip part # PC3 is a better choice as it is the right diameter at 5/8 inch.
