Installing the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 in a 1999 Ford F-150

My plug is not in the location shown in the video any where else to look or just buy a splice in type

There are a few places that you can look for the connector that the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter # 3035-P will install into. Unless your 1999 Ford F-150 was modified and the connector was removed you should be able to find it so that you can completely install the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885.
You will want to start off by looking near the diagnostic port on below the driver side dash. The gray connector will be located next to it. If you cannot find it there then you will want to remove the trim panel under your steering wheel and look for the gray connector there. I have attached 2 different videos that show how each of these processes work.
