Expert Reply:

The hubs we sell are intended for use on trailers and we do offer both idler hubs and hub/drums with the 4-on-4 bolt pattern. These are shown on the linked page.

The keys to selecting new hubs for your trailer are 1) matching up their weight rating to the axle rating; 2) matching the wheel bolt pattern, in this case 4-on-4; and 3) matching up the bearings used in the old and new hubs.

A new hub has to use the same bearings as the old one in order to fit properly on your spindles. The hubs we offer in the 4-on-4 pattern use either bearing L44643 or L44649. Part # AKIHUB-440-2-1K is an idler hub that uses part # L44643 for both inner and outer bearing and it is rated for 2000-lb axles.
