Can the Arms on the Swagman XC Bike Rack be Locked
Question:
Does the adjustable arm have any locking provisions near the release trigger? The photos dont show the arm mechanism clearly. In other words, can you lock the padded arm hooks into position once adjusted to the bike frame with a padlock or similar lock?
