what bike rack for 2 bikes on the outback. I can get a hitch installed. thanks, ps was looking at swagman bike carrier that swings down to access back

This Swagman titan 2 Bike Carrier for 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch Hitches, part #S63400, would work on your 2008 Subaru Outback.
This rack would work on a hitch with either a 2 inch opening or a 1-1/4 inch opening. So regardless of what hitch you have this hitch would work well for you. Especially since it tilts down for additional access like you want.

For a hitch I would recommend that you get a Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 75560. I attached installation instructions and an installation video for this product below for you to check out also.
