I do have a solution for you, however the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2533 referenced in your question are not Class S compatible.

For Class S tire chains that are confirmed to fit the LT275/65R18 tires on your 2017 Ford F-250, I instead recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2327. These are sturdy, square-link, diamond pattern tire chains that will provide excellent traction in snow and ice. These are SAE Class S chains that are designed for trucks like yours that have restricted wheel well clearance. This kit will include 2 tire chains.
