Since the 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega-Cab Dually is a short bed you will need to make sure that you will be using a Reese hitch that is a slider hitch. The slider is needed on a short bed truck to gain the clearance that is needed to clear the truck cab with the fifth wheel trailer when making tight turns.
The Reese hitch # 30032 is a old part number. If it is not a slider hitch you will need to remove the hitch head and bolt it to the Reese Fifth Wheel Slider, part # RP50024. This will give you a fifth wheel hitch with a slider ready to install on the truck.
If your Reese hitch # 30032 is a slider hitch you can install it on your 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 Mega-Cab Dually with the Reese Custom Base Rails and Installation Kit, part # RP50140-58. This kit includes the base rails that go into the bed of the truck and the custom brackets that attach to the frame under the truck bed. If you already have the Reese base rails # RP58058, then you can just purchase the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit, part # RP50140.
If you already have Curt base rails like the # C16100, you can just purchase the Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit, part # C16301. This will allow you to also use the Reese hitch on your vehicle.
It is always recommended to use the same brand (Reese, Curt) of base rails with the same brand (Reese, Curt) of frame brackets on your vehicle.
The fifth wheel installation kit from a Ford F-250 will not interchange with the Dodge Ram 3500.
I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Reese custom install kit and the Curt bracket kit.
