Yes, the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76112 is a confirmed fit for a 2016 Toyota Sienna SE. I called my contact at Draw-Tite and they were also able to confirm fitment. This is a Class III hitch receiver with a 2" opening. I have attached an installion video of this hitch receiver installed on a 2017 Toyota Sienna SE for you.
If you are looking to do any sort of towing you will also want a wiring harness and ball mount/hitch ball if you do not already have them. For this I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56106 in addition to the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900. I have attached an installion video of this wiring harness installed on a 2014 Toyota Sienna SE for you in addition to our ball mount help article if the attached ball mount kit will not work for you as well.
