Hardware Needed for Replacing Wobble Rollers on Boat Trailer

Question:

I need to replace all the wobble rollers on a very old boat trailer. I have a couple questions: 1 Are these shafts too rusty to allow the rollers to turn? 2 How important is it that the replacement rollers are exactly the same size? The old ones are 4 3/4inch wide and 4 1/4inch in diameter, but the only rollers I see on your site that fit a 5/8 shaft are 3inch wide and 5inch diameter. 3 What other hardware do I need to order to install the new rollers? Thank you!

The shafts in your picture do look a bit rusty but most likely they will still work. But you have to inspect them all to make sure they only have surface rust.

You'll also need the washer part # CE10982 and the retainer ring part # CE10981 to install the wobble roller part # YR530R-5P you mentioned.

The closest option we have is the Yates # YR500YW-8P, which is for 1" shafts and has a 3" width, but is a bit larger overall with a 5" diameter.
