The Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30051 and Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails part # RP50066-58 are good option and will work well for your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. It has a rated capacity of 16,000 lbs which will more than capable of hauling your 9,500 trailer. This fifth-wheel trailer hitch features a 4-way-pivoting head to provide a full range of motion for easy trailer hookup. A better 5th wheel hitch for you to use on your truck would be the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30075 and the Reese Quick-Install Custom Base Rails part # RP56001-53. This 5th wheel hitch also has a dual locking jaw that will provide you will less rattle while towing in addition to greater security but also comes with a round tube slider for a smoother transition while in the maneuvering position.
