Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57200 is compatible with the B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch installed on your 2013 Ford F-150.
You can also install an Air Lift WirelessAir Compressor System part # AL74000. This compressor will allow to manually adjust the air springs from inside the cab of your vehicle. This kit will include the compressor, a dash mount remote, and all hose and hardware needed to install.
