If the brackets are universal brackets, then they will fit your new Ford vehicle. However, if the brackets are custom brackets designed specifically for your Chevy Silverado, then unfortunately they will not fit the Ford truck. In this case, you will need to replace the brackets with those designed to fit your Ford vehicle. You can tell which kind of brackets you have by looking at their shape (universal brackets will be 4 small L-shaped brackets, 2 on each side). I've attached two images showing the difference between these two bracket types.

If you require new brackets, I recommend the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Universal Install Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches, Item # DM8552009-71. Since these are universal brackets, they will fit your new truck and could also be moved if you ever bought a new vehicle down the road. This kit includes the base rails, brackets, and necessary hardware. The rails are compatible with most above-bed fifth-wheel hitches.

We also offer several custom options. If you'd like to stick with Demco, I recommend the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches, # DM8552000-71. This custom kit includes the brackets, base rails, and hardware necessary for installation. This kit is compatible with both the 6-3/4-foot bed and the 8-foot bed 2016 F-250 trucks. I'd recommend going with a custom kit if possible, as these kits drastically reduce install time and don't require drilling into your vehicle's frame.
