If you have a factory 7-way at the rear of your 2005 Ford F-350, the plug will be behind the black pocket in the center of the dash, just below the radio. The plug will be the one on the right with the matching colors for the brake controller plug, including Red, Black, White, and Blue.
I have linked an FAQ showing the location of the port on 2005 Ford F-250 and F-350 with factory 7-way. Also linked are instructions for the Tekonsha Wire Replacement, part # 3065-P.
