The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector Item # 118304 does not require a connection to the battery on your 2008 Toyota Sienna. It just plugs in line with the vehicle tail light wiring and gets grounded to a bare metal surface. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
