how much can i tow with a 3220lbs, 20ft trailer is grade for 10000lbs i just wan t to make sure

In order to determine what the towing capacities of your 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 are I would recommend consulting the owners manual of the truck and see what Dodge recommends for you.
If you are unsure what the trailer is capable of towing you should check the sticker that is on the frame of the trailer near the coupler that should have the axle ratings and overall towing capacities for the trailer.
The 7-Way & 4-Way Replacement Connector, part # 42145, that you referenced is a replacement 7 and 4 way connector for your truck. If you damaged the connector at the rear of your truck this would be an exact replacement for you. I attached an installation video for this product below.
