Availability of Hitch Extender to Give Clearance for Bike Rack
Question:
Our hitch was installed too far under the SUV, so the bike hitch cannot fit because it hits the bumper before I can screw the bolt in. Is it possible to extend the 2inch hitch so it still takes the 2inch bike rack? Thanks, Rich

We do have hitch extenders like the part # HE06 which will give you additional clearance to allow your bike rack to fit. This will give you an additional 7 inches of clearance.
You should note that it cuts the capacity of your hitch by 50 percent.
