Curt Trailer Hitch Fit Recommendation for 2017 Subaru Forester
Question:
Hi, I want to know if a Subaru Forester 2009 etrailer fits exactly in a subaru forester 2017. I am going to buy a new subaru forester 2017. Can I install the subaru forester 2009 trailer in the new subaru forester 2017? Is this possible? Best regards.

A hitch from a 2009 Forester would not fit a 2014 Forester as well. There was a large enough difference that from 2013 to 2014 they had to make a new hitch fit for the Foresters.
That means that for the 2017 model you'd need the part # C13144 that you referenced.
I attached an install video for this hitch as well.
