7-Way to 4-Way Trailer Connector Adapter to Power LED Trailer Lights with 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS AMG
Question:
Problem is all lights work accept LED brake lights on kayak trailer. Do I need a LED Out bypass adapter? If so which adapter do I want? Should I eliminate the current flat 4 to 7 blade adapter and replace it with a flat 4 to 7 blade adapter with LED Out Bypass? If so do you carry such a product?

Adapters like the Tow Ready # 20142 are for a 7-way trailer connector on a vehicle to connect to a 7-way on a trailer.
If your 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS AMG has a 7-way connector and your trailer has a 4-way you can use the # C35FR which has load resistors to work with the LED lights on your trailer.
The alternative is to install load resistors like # DI34ZR.
