Trailer hitch installs are pretty basic for more mechanics. What we normally recommend for people is to use a local mechanic in your area with a good reputation. They'll have no problem installing a hitch at all.
The most popular hitch we have for your 2013 Honda CR-V is the Draw Tite hitch part # 75742 which is a confirmed fit and would work well. It has a 2 inch hitch opening which means it will have great weight capacities.
I attached an install video that you can show a mechanic as well if needed.
