What pieces do I need to correctly install a 5th wheel hitch if there are already underbed rail installed in my 2017 Ford F-350 longbed? Thanks.

If your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty long bed pickup has the factory 5th wheel rail kit installed (with four pucks in the bed) then you can use the superb B&W Companion hitch # BWRVK3300. This 20K hitch is USA-made and features perhaps the most robust construction of any 5th wheel hitch available for your Ford Super Duty. If you need a higher capacity hitch then instead go for the Curt Q24 # C16545-16017. Both drop right into the pucks.

If you already have an industry-standard 5th wheel hitch that you want to mount in the truck you will use the Reese adapter # RP30156 which drops into the pucks and provides the equivalent of standard above-bed base rails that will work with any brand and model of industry-standard 5th wheel hitch.
