Overall Length and Width of Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider DM8550022
Question:
What is the length and width of this unit. I am installing it in a GMC 2500 HD, 6 1/2 ft short bed truck. Because of the weight of this unit I am looking into purchasing a lift table to get it out of the bed. I am contemplating buying a 500 pound unit. You thoughts?

The Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Underbed - 18,000 lbs Item # DM8550022 is 35 inches long by 33 inches wide. The hitch weighs about 280 pounds so a 500 pound capacity lift table would work well.
