Recommended 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for 2017 Ram Short Bed with Dealer Installed Bracket Kit

Question:

I have a 2017 ram 2500, 4x4 Diesel, bed 68inch what hitch do I need.? I Just finished installing Dodges 5th wheel prep package / holes and pins in my bed. Now looking at hitches. Do I need the slider?

I don't know exactly what bracket kit the dealer installed so I can't really recommend a specific hitch to fit your 2017 Ram 2500 but since you have a short bed you'll likely need a sliding fifth wheel hitch. That is unless the trailer has a Revolution or Sidewinder pin box.
